Citizens National Bank and Beaird Tower want you! (to hold your meeting or speaker series in their new community conference room).
Beaird Tower at 330 Marshall Street in the heart of the Central Business District, has partnered with Citizens National Bank to construct the Citizens National Bank Community Room. This new multipurpose room amenity is available to not only the tenants of Beaird Tower and also to the Shreveport/Bossier Community, specifically local and regional civic, educational and business groups and nonprofit organizations. The room is equipped to accommodate both large & small meetings, training sessions, speaker presentations, and more.

Some of the equipment available includes folding tables, chairs, table linens, podium, portable stage, kitchenette, coffee bar, wall-mounted projector screen and ceiling mounted HD laser projector, HD conferencing camera, microphones & speakers.
Reserving the room is super simple. Just go to the website and fill out an application at least 48 hours in advance. Beaird Tower staff will check to see that there is no conflict, send you a Hold Harmless to sign, and put a hold on the room for your date. In addition, you will have a variety of room set ups from which to choose.
